Small Group Basic Strength Classes on Zoom


These 45min. classes start with a feel good full body warm up. Followed by strength exercises using body weight and whatever equipment you have. This can be typical exercise equipment or items from around your house like cans of food, laundry detergent bottle etc. Standing, sitting and lying on the floor all personalized for each person. The class will be interspersed with relaxing stretches.

The focus is on listening to your own body and I'll give feedback based on that.

Socializing is often one of the reasons people seek classes. For this class we'll build a personalized exercise list for each person so that you can each follow your own plan while talking during class. I'll be on hand to alter anything for how you're feeling that day, if I see something that could use tweaking and to change up the exercises when you're ready. I'll also share new things as we go along.

Payment is due every 4 weeks whether you can attend all the classes or not to make these prices a viable option for me to offer.

Prices are for once a week for 4 weeks.

6 people: $40 each person
5 people: $48 each person
4 people:  $60 each person
3 people: $80 each person
2 people:  $120 each person

If you'd like you can pay for a 1 on 1 session to help us better personalize your exercise list for class. These are $60. But we can also build the list in class, it will just take longer and might not be as personalized. You can request a session at anytime.

When you sign up you'll need to sign a waiver and client agreement online, fill out a google doc health and movement history and pay the invoice before the first class. I'll email all of this to you.
